Your enquiry will be received and processed by the Council, and you will receive a personal reply to your enquiry from the relevant department within the Council within 5 working days.
We are able to respond to your enquiry during office opening hours: 8.45am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
We endeavour to respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible from receipt. However, more complex enquiries may take longer where further research needs to be undertaken.
