 Wrexham Tourist Information Centre (TIC) offers a warm welcome and a wide range of services. As part of the All-Wales TIC Charter Network, Wrexham TIC is committed to providing a very high standard of service.
- The TIC is able to book accommodation not only in Wrexham, but nation-wide;
- Visitors can 'book-a-bed-ahead' during their stay;
- The TIC stocks free literature on events, activities and places to visit, both locally and throughout North Wales;
- Is a Ticket Agent for numerous theatres and concert venues;
- Sells books, maps and souvenirs;
- Provides information on public transport and offers advice for visitors with specific needs such as access for people with disabilities.

Christmas at Wrexham Tourist Information Centre & Christmas Opening Hours
Wrexham TIC is open all year round.
Summer Opening Hours (from 17th March 08): 10.00am - 5.00pm (Monday - Friday), 9.00am - 4.00pm (Saturday - effect from Saturday 30 June)
Winter Opening Hours: 10.00am - 4.00pm.
