North Wales Built-In Quality Awards

The Built in Quality Award scheme is for builders who achieve outstanding quality in their construction work relating to building control. The scheme highlights the importance of Building Control in achieving high standards and gives a well-deserved boost to builders active in the Wrexham and North Wales areas. Completed projects can range from new homes, extensions and alterations through to commercial developments.

Each participating Council's Building Control Surveyors will nominate builders who achieve high standards of workmanship and comply with the Building Regulations for an award. The award will take the form of a certificate presented by Mayor or elected member during a special ceremony and then put forward for a national award.
