As part of our on-going improvement
process we constantly review the content, facilities and services provided
through this website to ensure we are delivering a site that makes our services more convenient, easy to use, accessible and useful.
We do this in a number of ways:
Planned Website Maintenance - Wednesday 5th November 2008
Please note that on Wednesday 5th November 2008, between 10am and 3pm, there is some planned maintenance to the payments area of our website. This is in order to improve the speed of our service. Online payments may not be possible during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and normal service will resume as soon as the work is complete.
We review a wide range of usage statistics including the
number of visitors, pages viewed, most popular sections, commonly used
search phrases and error pages to help us to improve the information,
navigation and usability of the website.
The most commonly used search keywords are provided in
a quick link menu on the search page,
and the most commonly asked frequently
asked questions are also provided to help with finding information quickly.
We use all website feedback to help us to improve our content
and facilities and respond where possible to user suggestions and comments.
Website Focus Group
We work with a website focus group to test new developments,
discuss website usability and obtain general feedback about this website.
