Consumer Direct is a telephone and online consumer advice service, supported by the Office of Fair Trading. We provide clear, practical, impartial advice to help you sort out problems and disagreements you may be having with suppliers of goods or services. From overcharging to faulty goods, from dodgy workmanship to reporting dishonest traders and scams, our advisers are ready to offer solutions for individual problems.

Welsh Consumer Council

The Welsh Consumer Council is the national consumer body for Wales. It works to represent the interests of domestic buyers and users of goods and services in Wales. The council carries out research on behalf of consumers . It uses publications, conferences, lobbying, television, radio, the press and all other appropriate means to highlight and represent the needs and interests of consumers in Wales to industry, government and local authorities.

Citizens Advice Bureau

The Citizens Advice Bureau Service offers free, confidential, impartial and independent advice.

Community Legal Advice

Community Legal Advice provides free information, help and advice direct to the public on a range of common legal issues via a national helpline (0845 345 4 345).
