Rhosnesni Leisure and Activity Centre is now available for public swim sessions, swimming lessons and sports hall and gymnasium bookings.
Swimming lessons
Swimming lessons commence on 27th, 28th, 29th & 30th November. The courses are 4 weeks long. Choose from Level 1 up to 12, suitable for adults and children 3 years upwards. Enrolment for the lessons is on 18th and 19th November between 5.30pm – 8.30pm.
Public Swim Sessions
The Public Swim Sessions start on Wednesday 17th November with Inflatable Fun-Time for children between 6pm – 8pm. Also every Wednesday evening between 8pm – 10pm is adult only swim sessions. Ladies only sessions are every Thursday between 8pm – 10pm and general swimming is 2.30pm – 4.30pm every Sunday.
Dragon Sport Activities
Mondays 5.00pm - 5.45pm. 7 - 11 years. Come and try variety of sports including football, netball, rugby and hockey. £1.60
Trampolining
Tuesdays 5.00pm - 5.45pm. 11 years +. Why not come and try your hand at this highly skilful and tactical game. £1.60 per session.
Ladies 50+ Aquafit Class
Mondays from 7th March for 8 weeks
12.45pm – 1.30pm
50 years +
Gentle aerobic exercise in the water. Don’t forget to bring your costume and towel.
£2.00 per session
Ladies Swim Fit Class
Thursdays from 10th March
8.00pm – 10.00pm
16 years +
Instructor led swimming fitness sessions, including some stroke improvement and stamina work.
£2.35 per session
The sports hall and gymnasium are also available for booking.
