What are the stall charges?
Outdoor Markets
The minimum rent is £13 including £2 for vehicle parking. Larger units are charged at £1.10 per linear footage i.e. the charge associated with a 15 ft. stall is £18.50.
Indoor Markets
Rents vary from market to market and are dependant upon the size and location of the stall. In addition to rent payable, there is also a service charge based upon the floor space occupied, which once again varies from market to market.

What is the procedure for renting a stall in the
Wrexham indoor markets?
Once you have received details of current availability and decided upon the stall you wish to occupy, you must contact the Commercial Estate Team, who will then send you a formal offer letter, stating all terms and conditions associated with your proposed occupation. With this, you will find a Property Application Form, which is required to be returned to enable the Council’s Finance & Performance Department to assess the financial suitability of any prospective tenant in relation to the property required. During this period, the stall is reserved for a period of four weeks to allow the Council to undertake all the required investigations.

What are the conditions for renting a stall within the Indoor Markets?
All stalls are offered on the basis of a Periodic Business Tenancy. Rent is payable monthly in advance by Direct Debit with a deposit payable upon taking occupation. The tenant may vacate the stall upon serving three months written notice to the Council.

Butchers Market - Monday to Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This Market closes at 1:00 p.m. every Wednesday afternoon.
General Market - Monday to Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This Market closes at 1:00 p.m. every Wednesday afternoon.
People's Market - Monday to Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
