What drains are WCBC responsible for?

WCBC are responsible for the drainage of the road network. If you have a problem that relates to a ROAD that is flooding you should therefore contact the Highways Maintenance Department on 01978 298989.

The body responsible for the main public Sewer Network is Welsh Water. If you have a problem that relates to Sewers you should therefore contact the Welsh Water contractor for this work who is: Daniel on 0800 085 5935.

If you are a Council House Tenant, and you have drainage problems then you should contact the Housing Department on 01978 292055.
