When are meetings of the Council held?

Dates of all meetings appear on the monthly meetings list, which is displayed in the public notice board outside the Guildhall and also on the Council's website. This is listed under the Council Section of the web site and is posted as Committee Meeting Dates.

Are the public allowed to attend meetings at the Guildhall?

All meetings which appear on the monthly meetings list are open to the public, apart from that part of the Agenda which contains items which are deemed to be confidential.

When can I have access to Agendas, Minutes and Reports for meetings?

Agenda and reports are generally available three working days prior to the date of the meeting. Agendas, Reports and Minutes are available on the Council's website. This information is listed under the online facility Committee Minutes and Agendas. Related reports are available on request from local libraries and the Guildhall.
