Application Form for Registration of Food Premises

Welcome to the Online Application for Registration of Food Premises Form.

This online form allows the registration of premises used for a food business (including market stalls, delivery vehicles and other moveable structures) and is required by law.

Registration will allow Wrexham County Borough Council to keep an up-to-date list of all those premises in the area so visits can be made when required. The frequency of the visits will depend on the degree of risk involved.

To register your food premises, please complete the form below and press the submit button.

Your details will be sent to the Environmental Health service who will verify the information submitted, and enter the details into a Register. A register of the name of the business (if any), the address, telephone number and the type of business carried on at each will be open to inspection by the general public.

Records of the other information provided will not be publicly available.
