Two items that, whatever the size of your business, can prove costly and are time consuming. We, at Wrexham ITeC, are able to offer a free service which may compliment and improve the effectiveness of your recruitment and training processes.

We have over 25 years experience in the recruitment and training of 16–18 year olds in a range of IT, business administration and customer service jobs and traineeships.

Candidates for trainee and junior administration staff positions are drawn from a pool of in-house CVs of students who either attending our Skill Build programme or are on work experience, following completion of the initial part of the programme.

Subject to your requirements, we can assist in the vetting of candidates, their CVs and, if appropriate, carry out initial “screening” interviews. You can then interview at your own premises. Subject to conditions, we could support the successful applicant on a trial period thus giving you additional time to assess their suitability.

Once positions are secured, Wrexham ITeC can further provide fully funded training support by virtue of an appropriate National Vocational Qualification.

This NVQ Framework training is available to all your current employees, irrespective of age, subject to entry criteria.
