Launch of Junior Road Safety Campaign
Wrexham Council's Road Safety team have today launched a Junior Road Safety scheme at Acton Park Junior School. The scheme, arranged in conjunction with the school's Head Teacher, Denise Edwards, means Acton Juniors is the first in the County Borough to have a Junior Road Safety Officer.

Indian Ocean Disaster Service
There will be a special service in response to the earthquake/tsunami disaster at the Parish Church of St Giles, Wrexham, at 12 noon on Wednesday 5th January, starting with the national 3 minutes silence. The service will last about half an hour. |
