Easter Bin Collection Changes

Wrexham Council is advising households that the Easter holidays will mean changes to the bin collections and urges everyone to check their bin sticker to avoid missing collections.

Collections due to take place on Monday 17th March will be brought forward to Saturday 15th March and all other collections for the run up to Good Friday will take place a day earlier. The following week beginning Easter Monday, collections will take place a day later including a Saturday collection on March 29th. Collections go back to normal week beginning 31st March.

Cllr Mark Pritchard, Lead Member for Waste and the Environment, said:

"We want everyone to enjoy the Easter holidays and not be disappointed that they have missed their bin collection dates. There are several ways you can check your dates and If in doubt, look at your sticker contact the Pride in Your Streets number 01978 298989 or check out our website"
