Nightingale Christmas Cracker

Nightingale House Hospice in association with Wrexham Waterworld will be offering the following Fitness Challenge leading up to Christmas 2004.

The launch of this fantastic kick start to a healthier way of life will be held at Waterworld between 5.30pm and 7.30pm on 1st September, so come along and meet the Mayor, Councillor David Rogers and find out how you can become a new member of 'Pure' the new name in gyms and raise money for Nightingale House Hospice at the same time.

We ask you to raise a minimum of £250 in sponsorship to take part and in turn you will receive:

  • Three months gold membership at Waterworld worth £85, which entitles you to use the fitness suite, health suite (excluding sunbeds), swimming pool and fitness classes (subject to availability)

  • A unique programme to suit you and help you achieve your goals

  • One-to-one support by experts in fitness plus regular updates on your progress

  • Fantastic motivation to succeed - by raising money for your local hospice

  • 20% discount off healthy option meals at Waterworld for the duration of the promotion

  • An opportunity to gain a further 20% discount on 3 months' Waterworld Bronze, Silver or Gold membership

  • A free Nightingale House T-shirt (while stocks last)

  • A fitter and healthier new you!

This is all absolutely free to you providing you raise the minimum sponsorship of which Nightingale House will receive £220. Plus every extra pound that you raise over the minimum comes straight to Nightingale House, so please try to raise as much as you possibly can!

We sincerely hope that after you have read through this you will decide to give it a go. The Hospice are in desperate need of funds in order to continue their work and don't forget, all you have to do is raise the minimum amount of sponsorship and you will get to take part for free!

As soon as the Hospice receives your completed registration form and £30 registration fee, they will send you your sponsor forms and forward your details to Waterworld, who will contact you directly to arrange your Nightingale Christmas Cracker induction.
