New Play Area for Bersham Children
Young people in the Bersham area now have somewhere safe and pleasant to play following the opening of a brand new play area next to Bersham Heritage Centre.
The play area now boasts a cradle and flat swings, a junior multi unit with slide, a toddler multi unit with slide, a spring mobile, a twister roundabout and an aero whirl for older children.

The play area was funded jointly by Wrexham Council and Esclusham Community Council.
The new area replaces an old run down play area which was nearby. The location of the new area close to the car park means parents can access the site quicker and safer than before.
The play area is designed for toddlers and juniors but older children can also enjoy themselves following the placement of a new piece of Senior Play Equipment just outside the new facility.
Cllr Mark Pritchard, local member, said:"I am Absolutely delighted with the amount of money spent on the play equipment within Esclusham and would like to say a special thank you to Esclusham Community Council for part funding this with Wrexham Council. It has been a long awaited event for the play equipment to be upgraded but I am sure the young people in the area will now get a great deal of benefit from the area."
