Bersham Rally
Visit the annual Veteran & Vintage Machinery Rally at Bersham Ironworks on Sunday 7th August from 12 noon – 4pm.
There will be a large display of veteran and vintage machinery, classic cars, motor bikes, stationary engines and a steam traction engine. Take yourself back to an age whenmotoring was a pleasure; AA patrols saluted as you passed by, road pricing barely imaginable and speed cameras unnecessary.
Among the family attractions this year will be a children’s carousel, bouncy castle and ball pool, face painting, balloon modelling, storytelling sessions and the Wrexham History and Archaeology Team roadshow. There will be various stalls on site and ice cream and refreshments will be available. Don’t miss this great day out for all the family!
Admission is £1 for adults and 50p for children/concessions. Car parking is free! For further information contact Bersham Heritage Centre on 01978 261529.
Directions: follow brown signs marked Bersham and Clywedog from the A483 and the A525.
