Come And See The BBC NOW!

BBC National Orchestra of Wales will revisit Wrexham as part of their tour and perform a selection of exciting music from the world's greatest composers at the William Aston Hall on Sunday, 5 November at 3.00pm.

Thierry Fischer is BBC National Orchestra of Wales' new principal Conductor and he will lead them in the high spirits of Berlioz, the brilliant virtuosity of Saint-Saëns, the chic sophistication of Milhaud and the grandeur and sweep of Schumann’s evocation of the Rhine.

Fischer says "I will make my first your of Mid and North Wales with a concert that combines my love of French music and a Symphony from Robert Schumann. The French pieces are of the utmost refinement and Schumann's Rhenish Symphony is as original and fresh as the day it was composed. I hope you will join me and look forward to seeing you at the concert."
