Apply Online for Council Job Vacancies
Less than a week after Wrexham Council's website appeared in the top 20 government websites in the UK a major new facility has been launched on the site. Jobseekers visiting the vacancy pages can now apply online for vacancies with the Council.
The vacancy pages have been popular pages with users since the site was launched in 2000 and they received over 6000 visitors last month. Until now it was only possible to request an application form via email. This new service means those who don't want to fill in paper forms can complete their applications online and submit them electronically.

Peter Harris, Chief Personnel Officer said:
"We have worked hard with our web team to provide this online service and look forward to receiving more and more online applications. The system is easy to use and we know it will prove popular with those looking for jobs with Wrexham Council".
