Exclusion Policy

The Exclusion Policy applies to:

Waiting List Applicants - new applications including those from former tenants.
Homeless Applicants who should note that their application will be re-assessed by the Estate Manager of the relevant Housing Office to which they have been referred by the Homelessness Officer.
Transfer Applicants who apply from their current WCBC tenancy.
