Wrexham County Borough Council consults with local people at key points in major projects and decisions. We also always welcome all your comments, compliments or complaints about the Council and the services we offer.

Understanding Our Customers

Each year we also summarise and analyse the survey and consultation data we hold to produce an ‘Understanding Our Customers’ report. This has been produced for each of the following years.
